Introducing Odyssey House R U Fit?!, a new program that can help you improve your health and well-being. Through a partnership with WellCall, Odyssey House R U Fit?! offers one-on-one telephone and online coaching, and a variety of other programs to help you achieve your health goals.

Odyssey House R U Fit?! is:

• Voluntary - you are under no obligation to participate;
• Free - you will not be charged for your participation; and
• Confidential - WellCall will not disclose your information to Odyssey House
• Available to full time employees and their family members over the age of 18
